It is our wish that your stay be enjoyable and memorable. To help us provide you with the best possible service, please review the following policies and understand our need to abide by them. Call or email us with any questions you may have.

Check-In
After 4:00 pm.

Early Check-In
Between 2:00 pm -4:00 pm, $30 (bookable online)

Check-Out
11:00 am

Late Check-Out
11:00 am - 12:00 pm, $20 (must be requested before 10:00 am on your departure day and may not be available based on occupancy)

Parking
We offer convenient off street parking in front of the garage. You are limited to 2 vehicles and there is no parking allowed on the lawn on overnight on the street. Please let us know if you anticipate have more than 2 vehicles.

Quiet Hours
We observe quiet hours  from 10 pm – 8 am. please be considerate of our neighbors.

Social Drinking
We allow guests to bring and consume adult beverages responsibly.

Guns and Weapons
We are a weapon-free zone. Please leave weapons locked and secured at home or in your vehicle.

Candles
As required by law and fire code, and for the safety and security of everyone, we are unable to allow the use of open flames such as candles, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We take great care in preparing for your arrival and we sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive! It means we've committed to have the home eady and available upon your arrival.

While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 72 hours prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 72 hours you will be charged the full value of your reservation.

Reservations for holidays have a 30-day cancellation policy.

Trip Insurance
We do recommend that you consider purchasing private trip insurance if an unforeseen event causing you to cancel would result in undue stress or discomfort for you.

Smoke-Free Facility
Odin's Oasis is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the building, nor anywhere on our grounds where it may pose a fire hazard. We will assess a $250 fee to your credit card for any violations of our no smoking policy and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately. If the house is damaged or requires an excessive amount of cleaning; an additional cleaning fee will be assessed to your credit card at a minimum hourly rate of $95/hour and any damages will be assessed the value of repair or replacement. Violation of this policy also violates Michigan State Law and you may subject to the cost of the fine. Our non-smoking policy includes all types of tobacco, as well as e-cigarettes, etc.

Technology
Wireless internet access is complimentary throughout the house. We are not responsible for service outages of this service including: provider maintenance, weather conditions or incompatibly with your electronic devises. 

Children
Children of all ages are welcome at Odin's Oasis. We ask that children to not stand on the furniture or jump on the beds. Children should never be left unattended on the property. Injuries to children and damages to the the home or property are the complete responsibility of the parent or adult. 

Pet Policy
Although we adore animals, regrettably, pets are not permitted on our premises.

Outside Guests
To maintain order, all guests must be registered with a limit of 8 individuals. Any additional guests beyond the agreed reservation will lead to immediate cancellation and removal. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from Greg and Kjersten.

Parties
Maintaining low noise levels, particularly from 10pm to 8am, is crucial for fostering positive community relationships and preventing potential neighbor complaints.

Miscellaneous
Motor homes, RV's and trailers cannot be accommodated. No exercise equipment may be affixed to any room surface, door, casing or furniture.
